ARAZUKI Reorder Copilot ("the App") is operated by ARAZUKI. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

What data we access

When you install the App, we access the following Shopify store data through the Shopify API:

• Product and variant information (names, SKUs, inventory levels)
• Order data (to calculate recent sales velocity)
• Inventory levels (to determine stock cover days)

We only request read-only access to the data necessary for the App to function.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to:

• Calculate reorder signals for your SKUs
• Determine recommended order quantities
• Display stock cover days and sales trends

We do not sell your data. We only use service providers as needed to operate the App.

Data storage

• Your Shopify store data is processed in real time when you open the App.
• We store only your store domain and default settings (lead time, safety stock) in our database.
• We do not store your product, order, or inventory data permanently.

Data deletion

If you uninstall the App, your stored settings will be deleted within 30 days. You can also request immediate data deletion by contacting us at arazuki.sales@gmail.com.

GDPR compliance

We comply with GDPR requirements. Our App supports the following Shopify GDPR webhooks:

• Customer data request
• Customer data erasure
• Shop data erasure
